How We Work

Our inclusive workshops invite participants to safely explore discrimination, power dynamics, and identity through an intersectional lens. Space is held by our specialist facilitators and participants are encouraged to unpack biases and privilege within the workshop. Collaboratively we explore what equity and inclusion look like in practice such as the role of active allyship, which can be applied within the participants' respective industries and even in their own lives

Focus Groups

Focus groups are an additional part of the equity, diversity, and inclusion work we do. These feedback sessions provide an in-depth insight into the lived experiences of employees or community groups that we are tasked to work with and allow for diverse perspectives to be heard and incorporated into decision-making processes. By bringing together individuals with different backgrounds, experiences, and identities, we can identify barriers to equity and inclusivity and develop solutions that are effective.

Research

To support clients in uncovering the root cause of equity, diversity and inclusion queries, we undertake quantitative and qualitative research into regional/location specific discrimination. We analyse the presence and impact of systemic and intersectional forms of discrimination on communities and individuals. Our specialised research can also include focus groups and ideation sessions which all lead to the production of reports and proposals with specific recommendations and tailored actions.

Consultations

We empower clients to fulfil their potential through building knowledge, confidence and practical skills in the field of diversity, equity and inclusion. In an advisory capacity we contribute to policy and strategy reform to advising and addressing specific internal incidents. Our consultations promote transparency and accountability, allowing for ongoing feedback and improvement of EDI initiatives
